Lecithin is a broad, misused and misunderstood term in animal nutrition.
Commercial products can vary from crude extracts from soya bean oil often called 'Fluid Lecithin' to various 'De-Oiled' lecithins with higher phospholipid content, but which are difficult to handle. These are often used in human food products, but have limited nutritional value in animal feed production. Ideally, an activated blend of lecithin and lysolecithin is required to offer the full nutritional effect. Molistar provides this optimal composition Pack size: 12.5kg
